Shipping Policy

Where we deliver

All orders shipped to addresses within the United States qualify for free Standard Shipping. There is no minimum purchase requirement. Delivery outside the United States is not offered. Enter a complete and accurate delivery address, including a unit or apartment number where needed.

Preparation and transit

Order processing normally takes 1–2 business days. After dispatch, estimated Standard Shipping transit is 4–6 business days. Weekends and US federal holidays do not count toward either period. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates; carrier interruptions and other delivery issues can cause delays.

Following your parcel

We send tracking information to the email address on your order after shipping. Tell us immediately if an address needs correction, as a parcel already dispatched may not be redirectable. If a parcel is delayed, lost, damaged or delivered incorrectly, contact us with the order reference, tracking details and relevant photos. We will review the issue with the carrier and help resolve it.
